1. General provisions
Current personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-FL "On personal data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by SYNAPSLABS (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities.
1.2. Current policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about http://synapslabs.com/ website visitors.

2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting it in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. The Operator can process the following personal data of the User:

3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. On website there is also the collection and processing of anonymous data about visitors (including cookie files) using Internet statistics (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others). 
3.5. The above-mentioned data is referred to in the General concept of Personal data throughout the Policy.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. 4.3. Depersonalized User data collected using Internet statistics services is used to collect information about User actions on the website, to improve the quality of this website and its content.
5. Legal basis for processing personal data

6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.

6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via info@synapslabs.com email address marked as "Revocation of consent to the personal data processing".
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. The Operator must ensure that the rights of personal data subjects are reliably protected by the foreign State to whose territory it is intended to transfer personal data prior to the start of cross-border transfer of personal data.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign States which do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if the personal data subject has written consent to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
